The CRIME is a true power trio, delivering straight ahead attitude and a perfect blend of rawk-n-roll. Covering music like Bush, Tonic, Green Day, Audioslave, Creed and STP, the band fiercely executes each song.

The CRIME formed in late spring of '03 and underwent the "usual" personnel changes until deciding in January '04 that the three-piece lineup was the most challenging and rewarding.

Each member is a life long musician and performer, bringing together years of experience from all over the country. Band members include:

- Sean "Smacky" McDonald (drums and lead vocals)
- Kurt McDonald (guitar and vocals)... (a.k.a. Non-Shawn)
- Shon Sparks (bass and vocals)

Each apply their unique musical styles, influences and tastes, melding together to form an extraordinary band playing current, cool, danceable cover songs.
